RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
REGARDING CONDITIONS OF AND EXPENDITURES FROM
THE PICKLEWEED PARK TRUST FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
That all monies donated to Pickleweed Park be added to,
and include Project REC Trust Fund; such fund to be an interest-
bearing account in trust with the City of San Rafael, as trustee,
for the benefit of citizens of San Rafael, with the sole intention
to assist in the purchase of exterior park and recreational
equipment to be permanently placed and used exclusively at
Pickleweed Park free of any charges or fees to the public.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all expenditures shall be
recommended by the Park and Recreation Commission to the City
Council for approval.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of
San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on Monday, the 221st day of -June,, 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
