RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPROVING FINAL PLANS FOR ALBERT PARK
RENOVATION AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO
GO TO BID ON PROJECT
WHEREAS, final plans for the first phase of renovation for Albert
Park has been submitted by the firm of Royston, Hanamoto, Alley and
Abey; and
WHEREAS, plans are in keeping with the Albert Park Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, renovation project would not exceed the amount of
$287,568.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael approve the final plans for the Albert Park Renovation
Project as submitted by the firm of Royston, Hanamoto, Alley and Abey
and give staff permission to go to bid on project.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held
on Monday, the 19th day of July, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
