RESOLUTION NO. 6289
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
TO
RAYMOND L. MEADOR
WHEREAS, RAYMOND L. MEADOR has served the City of San Rafael
since 1973; and
WHEREAS, RAYMOND L. MEADOR has filled the positions of
Assistant to the City Manager, Assistant City
Manager, Planning Director, Acting City Manager,
Assistant City Manager/Community Development; and
WHEREAS, RAYMOND L. MEADOR has been an integral part of
the organization and played a significant role in
the accomplishments during these last nine years;
and
WHEREAS, RAYMOND L. MEADOR is recognized particularly for
his outstanding analytical and report writing
skills.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED' that we the City Council do
express our sincere appreciation for the many
contributions of P.AYMOND L. MEADOR during his time
here in San Rafael and extend our congratulations
on his new position and wish him much success in
his future endeavors.
