A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL APPOINTING
THE CITY MANAGER AS
OFFICER TO KEFP MINUTES OF CLOSFD SESSIONS
WHEREAS, Chapter 1284, Laws 1980 requires a local
government body which adjourns into closed sessions to appoint an
officer to keep minutes of said sessions; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that the
appropriate officer is the City Manager:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the
referenced amendments to the Brown Act (Government Code Section 6254,
et sea.) the City Council does hereby appoint the City Manager as
the officer to keep minutes of closed sessions.
I, JEANNF M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Monday, the fifth day of January , 1981, by the
following vote, to -wit:
AYES- COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
