A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5930 PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION FOR
MANAGEMENT AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that
Sections 1 B and 1 C of Resolution No. 5930 be amended to read as
follows:
B. Effective March 1, 1981
Minimum Maximum
DELETE Assistant City Attorney $ 2,647 $ 3,138
ADD Assistant City Attorney 3,213 3,704
C. Effective July 1, 1981.
DELETE Assistant City Attorney $ 2,806 $ 3,326
ADD Assistant City Attorney 3,406 3,926
Section 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the car allowance
for the Assistant City Attorney shall be adjusted from $175 per
month to $225 per month.
Section 3. Section 1 B, Add Portion: shall take effect forth-
with upon its adoption and the several compensations and allowances
herein provided shall be in full force and effect as of and from
March 1, 1981 through June 30, 1981.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the Council
of said City on Monday , the twenty-third day of March 1981,
by the following vote, to wit:
