•Complete Anderson Drive Mid June
•Begin Construction on Francisco Blvd West On or after June 15
•Complete Work in the Channel October 15 (approx)
Structural Steel Manufacturing
•Order Date May 11 (approx) to ensure space is secured
•Rolling Date Either June 10 or June 16
Next Rolling Date is 8 weeks later.
•Casting Date 2 Weeks before Rolling Date (May 25)
•Order Modification or Cancelation Drop Dead OK up to Casting Date

MUP Construction Cost
SWH was asked to provide three estimates through BKF:
Cost proposal for the entire path: $6.4 million
Cost proposal for the path from Andersen Drive to Rice
Drive: $4.5 million
Cost to place the structural steel from Rice Drive to Irwin
Street: Not available
Numbers include some acceleration costs ($100,000) but
do not include contingency

Steel Fabrication
Steel Fabrication order must be confirmed before May 25
Manufacturing and delivery to the site
Steel from Andersen Drive to Rice Drive = $285,000
Steel from Rice Drive to Irwin Street = $540,000
Note: TAM has offered to help find a alternative buyer for
the steel if the project does not go forward.

1. Cancel steel purchase
MUP project is postponed or canceled

2. Purchase all steel and proceed with the construction of
the path from Andersen Drive to Rice Drive: $5.05 million
Assumes agreement can be reached with SMART
