3. Resolution Approving Execution of an $85,000 Grant Agreement with Canal Community Alliance for the
Purchase of 161 Novato Street (RA)

Recommend adoption of Resolution.
4. Resolution Approving Execution of a $190,000 Grant Agreement with Homeward Bound for the
Renovation of 1111 Fourth Street (Marin Hotel) (RA)
Explanation: See enclosed material.
Recommend adoption of Resolution.
