RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL EXERCISING OPTION TO PURCHASE ROBERT
DOLLAR PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of October , 1974, an Option
Agreement was entered into between the City of San Rafael and
Esther J. Dollar Beare, R. Stanley Dollar, Jr. and Diana Dollar
Hickingbotham; and
WHEREAS, said option provides that City may exercise said
option any time prior to December 5, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael desires
to exercise said option and purchase said property under the terms
set forth in said Option Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby exercises said option, pursuant to the
terms of said Option Agreement entered into on the 9th day of
October
, 1974, between the City of San Rafael and Esther J.
Dollar Beare, R. Stanley Dollar, Jr. and Diana Dollar Hickingbotham.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby auth-
orized to formally proceed in the exercising of said option pursuant
to this Resolution.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and the City Clerk
are authorized to execute any documentation necessary for the ac-
quisition of said Robert Dollar property pursuant to the terms of
said Option Agreement.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
