RESOLUTION CONTINUING HEARING, SANTA MARGARITA OPEN
SPACE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that the hearing on public convenience and
necessity in the above entitled assessment district be, and the same
is hereby, continued to the 3rd day of September , 1974, at
the hour of 8:oo P.M. of said day.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 1st day
of July, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
