RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1974-75
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Tax Rate for the City of
San Rafael for the Fiscal Year 1974-75 be, and the same is hereby
fixed as follows, for each $100.00 assessed valuation:
No. 1 For the General Fund the sum of -------------- $ .65
No. 2 For the Library Fund the sum of -------------- $ .12
No. 3 For Employees' Retirement Fund
the sum of ---------------------------------- $ .10
No. 4 For payment of principal and
interest on general obligation
Sewer Bonds the sum of ---------------------- $ .04
No. 5 For payment of principal and
interest on general obligation
Open Space Bonds the sum of ------------------ $ .01
No. 6 For payment of principal and interest
on Terra Linda Recreation District
Bonds assumed by City of San Rafael -

I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Monday, the 19th day of August, 1974, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
