RESOLUTION NO. 4847
RESOLUTION CONFIR"ZING AMENDED ASSESSMENT AMENDING
ASSESSMENT NO. 3, EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF SAT] RAFAEL,
MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of September, 1974, the Project
Engineer for said assessment district filed with the City Clerk of
the City of San Rafael, an Amended Assessment Amending Assessment
No. 3 in East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 1,
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, adopted by the City
Council of the City of San Rafael on the 3rd day of April, 1972; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael
has duly given notice by publication in the time, manner and form
required by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time set
for hearing thereon, which said time was fixed in said notice as the
7th day of October, 1974, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of
said day; and
T,]HEREAS, no appeals or protests against the Amended
Assessment have been filed in the time and manner provided by law
against the confirmation of said amended assessment;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, :Marin County, California, that said
Amended Assessment and the Diagram attached thereto, the proceedings
leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of the
Project Engineer of said assessment district in relation thereto,
be, and the same are hereby confirmed, ratified and approved, and
the said Amended Assessment Amending Assessment No. 3 hereinabove
referred to, filed with the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael
on the 10th day of September, 1974, in East San Rafael Drainage
Assessment District No. 1, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
7th day of October, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Mi skimen and Mul cyan
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Nixon and Mayor Bett i n i
