1. Planning Commission Interviews
Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointments to Fill Two Four-Year Terms
on the San Rafael Planning Commission to the End of June 2022, Due to Expiration of
Terms of Sarah Loughran and Larry Paul (CC)
Planning Commission Interviews
The City Council interviewed the following applicants: Sarah Loughran, Lorenzo Cordova, Susan
Clark, Aldo Mercado, Larry Paul and Matthew Siroka.
Councilmember McCullough moved and Councilmember Colin seconded to appoint Sarah
Loughran and Aldo Mercado to two four-year terms on the Planning Commission to the end of
June 2022
AYES: Councilmembers: Colin, McCullough & Gamblin
NOES: Councilmembers: Bushey & Mayor Phillips
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
2. Design Review Board Interviews
Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointments to Fill One Four-Year Term
on the San Rafael Design Review Board to the End of June 2022, Due to Expiration of
Term of Cheryl Lentini (CC)
Design Review Board Interviews
The City Council interviewed the following applicants: Lichen Brown, Matthew Francis and
Nicholas Skewes-Cox.
After discussion, there was City Council consensus to leave the term open until filled.
Community Development Director Paul Jensen left the conference room
Public Works Director Bill Guerin entered the conference room
3. ADA Access Advisory Committee Interviews
Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointment to Fill Two Unexpired Four -
Year Terms on the San Rafael ADA Access Advisory Committee, to the End of October
2019 (CC)
ADA Access Advisory Committee Interviews
The City Council interviewed the following applicants: Tora Isi, Ashley Tomerlin and Brooklyn
Rodden.
After discussion, there was City Council consensus to appoint Ashley Tomerlin and Brooklyn
Rodden to two unexpired four-year terms to the end of October 2019.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Phillips adjourned the City Council special meeting at 8:15 p.m.
