1. Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointment to Fill One Unexpired Four-
Year Term on the Board of Library Trustees to the End of April 2021 Due to the
Resignation of Carol Manashil (CC) – File 9-2-3
Library Board Interviews
The City Council interviewed the following applicants: Robert Ross, Scott Harrop and Katy Vanoni
After discussion, there was Council consensus to appoint Robert Ross to fill one unexpired term to the
end of April 2021, and Scott Harrop as alternate member to the end of April 2021 on the Board of Library
Trustees.
2. Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointment to Fill One Unexpired Four-
Year Term on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee to the End of November
2019, Due to the Resignation of Rob Simon (CC) – File 9-2-55
BPAC Interviews
The City Council interviewed the following applicants: Barry Bergman, Sarah Faw and Stanton Klose
After discussion, there was Council consensus to appoint Barry Bergman to fill one unexpired term on the
Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee to the end of November 2019.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Phillips adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
