RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF AN AMENDED ENGINEER'S
REPORT AND AMENDED ESTIMATE OF COST IN BAHIA DE
RAFAEL INDUSTRIAL PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December, 1972, the City
Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, pre-
liminarily adopted the Engineer's Report and Engineer's Estimate
of Cost, filed pursuant to the Resolution of Intention, as amended,
in Bahia de Rafael Industrial Park Assessment District, City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California; and
WHEREAS, since the filing of said original Engineer's
Report and Engineer's Estimate of Cost, bids have been received
showing a different construction cost than set forth in said orig-
inal Engineer's Report and Engineer's Estimate of Cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that the Engineer
of Work be, and he is hereby directed to file an Amended Engineer's
Report and Amended Estimate of Cost to conform to the low bid re-
ceived for said work and improvements.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 5th day
of February, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
