RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, -that the time within which the construction of
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER$ SEA WAY - PRO1 T NO 9514-73.165
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and MACCTORA AND GHI1. TTI, INCA , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
4TH day of MARCH , 19 74
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on MONDAY the 4TH day of , FEBRUARY
1974 by the following vote, to -edit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN None.
ABSENT: COUNCILME" None.
