1. RESOLUTION DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS, GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF
NOVEMBER 7, 1995 (CC) - File 9-4
The following were elected:
Albert J. Boro re-elected as Mayor for a full term of 4 years.
Paul M. Cohen re-elected and Gary O. Phillips newly elected as Councilmembers for a full term
of 4 years each.
Gary T. Ragghianti re-elected as City Attorney for a full term of 4 years.
Jeanne M. Leoncini re-elected as City Clerk/Assessor for a full term of 4 years.
Members of the San Rafael Board of Education were elected as follows:
Kathy Ohm and Bruce Raful re-elected and Harry Holland newly elected for a full term of 4
years each.
Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Phillips seconded, to adopt Resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 9492 - DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULTS OF GENERAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 7, 1995.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips, Zappetini & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
II. SWEARING-IN CEREMONIES (CC) - File 9-1 x 9-3-14 x 9-3-16 x 9-2-1
Mayor Boro administered the oath of office to re-elected City Clerk/Assessor
Jeanne M. Leoncini.
City Clerk Leoncini then administered the oath of office to re-elected Mayor
Albert J. Boro, to re-elected Councilmember Paul M. Cohen and to newly elected Councilmember
Gary O. Phillips, and to re-elected City Attorney Gary T. Ragghianti.
City Clerk Leoncini administered the oath of office to re-elected School Board Member Kathy
Ohm, re-elected School Board Member Bruce Raful, and newly elected School Board Member
Harry Holland.
There being no new business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 PM.
The City Council meeting was adjourned to a reception held at the Falkirk Cultural Center,
for elected City officials and School Board members.
