City Council Options
1.Adopt a resolution establishing maximum rates collected by Marin Sanitary Service for Refuse
and Recyclable Material Collection and Disposal Services,to be effective January 1,2020
with an increase of 4.85%over 2019 rates,or
2.Adopt a resolution establishing maximum rates collected by Marin Sanitary Service for Refuse
and Recyclable Material Collection and Disposal Services,to be effective January 1,2020
without the addition of an Illegal Dumping Pilot Program for a total increase of 4.32%over
2019 rates,or
3.Do not adopt a resolution establishing maximum rates collected by Marin Sanitary Service for
Refuse and Recyclable Material Collection and Disposal Services,to be effective January 1,
2020 at this time and direct staff to come back with more information.
