COMMUNITY WORKSHOP - HOUSING

Agenda
Members of the public may speak at the workshop on the following agenda
item:
1. Housing Workshop #2 – Review the challenges to the approval and
development of housing in San Rafael. This workshop (#2) will focus
on: a) housing development financing; potential funding and financial
tools to incentivize housing development; b) review of the City’s
current inclusionary housing policies; and c) potential administration
measures and actions for the City’s affordable housing trust fund. The
City Council will be presented with a summary of Housing Workshop
#1 (held on November 6, 2019), which covered measures and actions
for streamlining the development review process for housing projects.
ADJOURNMENT:
Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Council less than 72 hours before the
meeting, shall be available for inspection in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 209, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with
other agenda-related materials on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting. Sign Language

72 hours in advance of the meeting. Copies of documents are available in accessible formats upon request. Public
