1.INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO FILL TWO UNEXPIRED TERMS ON THE
PLANNING COMMISSION DUE TO VACANCIES (One Term to Expire End of June, 1998 and
One Term to Expire End of June, 1999) (CC) - File 9-2-6
Council interviewed the following applicants to fill the vacancy on the Planning
Commission:
Georgia Annwell
Kathy Brown
Maribeth Bushey
Alex Forman
Bruce Scott
Bill Liskamm
Council also considered the applications of three previous applicants, Bonne Gaebler,
Chris Gonzales and Jeff Kirchmann. Two applicants, Mary Vedovi and Albert
Lozano, withdrew their names from consideration.
After discussion, Councilmember Cohen moved and Councilmember Phillips seconded,
to appoint Jeff Kirchmann to fill the unexpired term of Cyr Miller on the Planning
Commission to the end of June, 1999.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
Councilmember Phillips moved and Councilmember Miller seconded, to appoint Bruce
Scott to fill the unexpired term of Judy Tipple, to the end of June, 1998.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.
