SUBJECT: PROJECT: 10 Lindenwood Court (Nuijen Residence) – Request for Environmental and
Design Review Permit to allow construction of anew 2,280 square foot single-family residence
on a vacant 29,510 square foot hillside residential parcel; APN: 185-161-13; Hillside
Residential (R-20-H) District; Gerald Nuijen, owner/applicant; File No(s).: ED12-039
BACKGROUND
The project proposes construction of a 2,280 gross square foot new single family residence in two-
stories located at the base of a downsloping rectangular shaped and previously developed 29,510
square foot hillside property at 10 Lindenwood Ct. Public notices for this application were mailed on
August 17th to property owners and residents within 300 feet of the site.
There are a few outstanding items that need to be addressed by staff, therefore, staff is recommending
that this project be continued to a date uncertain. Staff will renotice the public of the future meeting date
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the DRB continue this application to a date uncertain.
