815 B St. (APNS: 011-256-12, -14, -15 & -32)
The project owner/applicant was unable to submit the required revised plan sets prior to the
printing and distribution of staff's report to Design Review Board (Board). Staff recommends the
Board continue their review of the project to a date uncertain. Staff will re -notice the project,
consistent with Chapter 14.29 of the San Rafael Municipal Code, once the owner/applicant has
submitted the required revised plan sets.
