Jeff Kent moved and Stewart Summers seconded to approve minutes as presented. The vote is as
follows:

3. 400 Smith Ranch Road (AT&T Wireless Faux Tree) - Environmental and Design Review
and Use Permit for a 50-foot tall faux pine tree supporting up to nine (9) panel antennas
and 24 Remote Radio Units (RRU's), and associated ground mounted equipment placed
adjacent to existing buildings on the San Rafael Airport property; APN: 155-230-11; PD
1909 Zone; AT&T Mobility, Applicant; San Rafael Airport, LLC, Owner; Smith Ranch
Neighborhood Area. Project Planner: Kraig Tambornini
Cheryl Lentini moved and Jeff Kent seconded to recommend approval of project to the Planning
Commission with the modifications to the conditions as outlined by staff. The vote is as follows:
AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Jeff Kent, Stewart Summers, Cheryl Lentini, Eric Spielman, Serge
Fedorov, Alternate
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
4. 2014 DRB Annual Meeting and Election of Officers
Stewart Summers moved and Jeff Kent seconded to approve rotation of officers, electing Cheryl Lentini
as Chair and Stewart Summers as Vice Chair. The vote is as follows:
AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Jeff Kent, Stewart Summers, Cheryl Lentini, Eric Spielman, Serge
Fedorov, Alternate

ABSTAIN: None

next meeting. The vote is as follows:
