Minutes, April 22, 2014 Bob Huntsberry moved and Jeff Kent seconded to approve Minutes as presented. The vote is as follows: AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate NOES: None ABSTAIN: Stewart Summers ABSENT: Cheryl Lentini 2. Minutes, June 3, 2014 Jeff Kent moved and Bob Huntsberry seconded to Approve Motion to approve minutes as presented. The vote is as follows: AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Stewart Summers, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Cheryl Lentini CONSENT 3. 788 Lincoln Rd. (San Rafael Corporate Center Parking Structure) - Review of final design details for a 54 foot tall, six level parking structure required for the San Rafael Corporate Center; APN: 013-021-050; Planned Development (PD 1901) Zone; David McAdams, Applicant; BioMarin, Owner; Downtown Activity Center neighborhood area. Project Planner: Sean Kennings Bob Huntsberry moved and Jeff Kent seconded to approve project with conditions as outlined by staff. The vote is as follows: AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Stewart Summers, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate NOES: None ABSTAIN: Cheryl Lentini ABSENT: None OLD BUSINESS 4. 815 B St. (formerly 809 B St./1212 & 1214 2nd St.) - Requests for Environmental and Design Review Permit, a Use Permit, Lot Line Adjustment and Variance to allow the construction of a new, 4-story, mixed-use apartment building proposing 41 upper-story rental units and 1,999 sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space, and 48 garage parking spaces, on 4 adjacent parcels. The project proposes to demolish the existing structures on the site, including two identified cultural resources, which will require preparation of an Environmental Impact Report; APNs: 011-256-12, -14, -15 & -32; Second/Third Mixed Use West (2/3 MUW) & Cross Street Mixed Use (CSMU) District; Monahan Parker and Harold Parker Properties LP, owners; Rick Strauss/FME Architecture, applicant; File Nos.: ED12-060; UP12-029; LLA12-003; V13-005; IS12-001. The vote is as follows: AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Stewart Summers, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Cheryl Lentini NEW BUSINESS 5. 1700 Fourth Street (G Square Mixed Use) - Request for Conceptual Environmental and Design Review for proposed redevelopment of an existing 7,500 square foot commercial parcel with a three story mixed-use building containing 10 apartment units, 1,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and 11 on-site covered parking spaces; APN: 011-192-07; WEV District; Ralph Epstein, Epstein Properties LLC, Applicant, Hanna Anki, Owner; File No: CDR14-003.
