Minutes, November 4, 2014 Jeff Kent moved and Bob Huntsberry seconded to approve minutes as presented. The vote is as follows: AYES: Cheryl Lentini, Chair, Bob Huntsberry, Stewart Summers, Jeff Kent NOES: None ABSTAIN: Eric Spielman ABSENT: Serge Fedorov, Alternate OLD BUSINESS 2. 39 Trellis Drive (Mark Day School; Formerly St. Mark's School) - Request for Environmental and Design Review Permit, Master Use Permit Amendment and Planned District Amendment to allow the demolition of an existing 3,935 sq. ft., single-story administration building and the construction of a new 11,270 sq. ft., multi-story administration/library building with a maximum height of 29' above finished grade. APN: 175-060-01; Planned Development (1760) District Zones; Ted Lieser for Equity Community Builders, LLC, Applicant; Joe Harvey for Mark Day School, Lessor, Dixie School District, Owner; Northgate Neighborhood. Project Planner: Steve Stafford (continued from November 4, 2014) 39 Trellis Drive Staff Report Stewart Summers moved and Jeff Kent seconded to approve project as presented with selection of option #2 of the Staff Report. (Draper Residence) - Request for Conceptual Design Review to allow the construction of a 2,600 square-foot, single-family hillside and ridgeline residence, up to 28.5' in height, and associated site and landscaping improvements on a vacant 2.18-acre site; APN: 012-291-15; Single-Family Residential-Hillside Development Overlay (R1a-H) District; Jerry Draper, Applicant; Draper Trust, Owner; Gerstle Park Neighborhood. Project Planner: Steve Stafford DISCUSSION ITEMS The Board made their comments on the project. There was no vote as this item was a Conceptual Item. 4. Review of DRB Rules and Procedures adopted for 2014 and Discussion of DRB Minutes and Motions This item is continued to another meeting.
