Minutes, October 21, 2014 Jeff Kent moved and Bob Huntsberry seconded to approve minutes as presented. The vote is as follows: AYES: Cheryl Lentini, Chair, Jeff Kent, Bob Huntsberry, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Stewart Summers NEW BUSINESS 2. 709 Fifth Avenue (Juice Beauty Repainting Scheme) - Environmental and Design Review Permit for a new building repainting scheme to match corporate imaging; APN: 011-227- 02; HO Zone; Karen Behnke, Applicant; Mel LaFranchi, Owner; Hetherton Office Neighborhood. Project Planner: Kraig Tambornini (Discussion Item only) Jeff Kent moved and Cheryl Lentini, Chair seconded to recommend applicant perform another "paint-out" of the building with a darker green color and have the Board vote on the color by email to staff. Based on a consensus vote, the color will be either approved, or if not approved, will need to come back to the Board at a later meeting. The vote is as follows: AYES: Cheryl Lentini, Chair, Jeff Kent, Bob Huntsberry, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Stewart Summers 3. 39 Trellis Drive (Mark Day School; Formerly St. Mark's School) - Request for Environmental and Design Review Permit, Master Use Permit Amendment and Planned District Amendment to allow the demolition of an existing 3,935 sq. ft., single-story administration building and the construction of a new 11,270 sq. ft., multi -story administration/library building. with a maximum height of 29' above finished grade. APN: 175-060-01; Planned Development (1760) District Zones; Ted Lieser for Equity Community Builders, LLC, Applicant; Joe Harvey for Mark Day School, Lessor, Dixie School District, Owner; Northgate Neighborhood. Project Planner: Steve Stafford DISCUSSION ITEMS Cheryl Lentini, Chair moved and Bob Huntsberry seconded to recommend that the item be continued and ask that the applicant provide elevations studies with revised rendered views as well as an enhanced landscaping plan and building color details as discussed by the Board and staff.
