1. November 18, 2014
Stewart Summers moved and Eric Spielman seconded to approve Minutes as presented. The vote is as
follows:
AYES: Cheryl Lentini, Chair, Stewart Summers, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Bob Huntsberry, Jeff Kent
NEW BUSINESS
2. 1515 Third Street - Request for an Environmental and Design Review Permit and Use
Permit to convert an existing two level commercial building into six (6) multifamily
residential (rental) units, including exterior building and site improvements; 011-246-05;
Second/Third Mixed Use West (2/3MUW) District; Jim Ebert, owner; Collin Russell,
applicant; Downtown Activity Center. (Project Planner: Sarjit Dhaliwal)
Stewart Summers moved and Cheryl Lentini, Chair seconded to recommend approval of project with
conditions of approval as follows: 1) Improve on the sense of entry to the building 2) Improve on
landscape plans and move front canopy tree to the side of the building 3) Improve the quality of
materials of the windows. The vote is as follows:
AYES: Cheryl Lentini, Chair, Stewart Summers, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Bob Huntsberry, Jeff Kent
3. 2015 DRB Annual Meeting and Election of Officers
Eric Spielman moved and Cheryl Lentini, Chair seconded to approve Officer Rotation Schedule and
Design Review Board Rules of Order. The vote is as follows:
AYES: Cheryl Lentini, Chair, Stewart Summers, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate
NOES: None
