APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Minutes, March 17, 2015
Jeff Kent moved and Eric Spielman seconded to approve Minutes as presented. The vote is as follows:
AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Stewart Summers
ABSENT: Cheryl Lentini
NEW BUSINESS
2. Vacant Lot next to 190 El Cerrito Ave (Untermann Single Family Home) - Request for an
Environmental and Design Review Permit for a new two story, single-family home, with
3,461 sq ft living space and 777 sq ft garage/storage, and associated site improvements
on a vacant 3-acre site. The project was previously reviewed in late 2014 as a Conceptual
Design Review. The existing 6+ acre site was subdivided into two lots in 2012 and
conditioned to require Design Review for the development of the vacant lot. APN: 011-121-
10; Planned Development (PD1905-H) Zoning District; Tom and Merrie Untermann,
owners/applicants. Project Planner: Raffi Boloyan
Bob Huntsberry moved and Jeff Kent seconded to approve project with the Board's recommendation to
re-examine the driveway radius and consider plant specie suggestions. The vote is as follows:
AYES: Stewart Summers, Bob Huntsberry, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Cheryl Lentini
