Minutes, September 9, 2015. Cheryl Lentini moved and Eric Spielman seconded to approve minutes with correction as noted by board. The vote is as follows: AYES: Jeff Kent, Vice-Chair, Cheryl Lentini, Eric Spielman, NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Bob Huntsberry, Stewart Summers, Chair NEW BUSINESS 2. 45 Manderly Rd. – Appeal of the Zoning Administrator’s Conditional Approval of an Environmental and Design Review Permit (ED15-030) and Side Yard Setback Exception (EX15-007) allowing the demolition of an existing, 573 sq. ft., attached garage and the construction of a 1,150 sq. ft. two-story addition to an existing 2,507 sq. ft. single-story, single-family residence and the construction of a 884 sq. ft. two-story garage structure connected to the residence with a covered breezeway.
