Bob Huntsberry moved and Stewart Summers seconded to approve minutes as presented. The vote is
as follows:

2. 4040 Civic Center – Environmental and Design Review to exceed the height limit by
installing a flag pole on top of the five-story building. The new flagpole is proposed to
have external illumination; APN: 155-200-12; Office Zone; Paul Rosenfeld, Applicant; Mach
II 4040 LLC, Owner; North San Rafael Commercial Center Neighborhood. Project Planner:
Alan Montes
