BOARD COMMUNICATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Minutes, February 4, 2014 Jeff Kent moved and Eric Spielman seconded to approve minutes as presented. The vote is as follows: AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Acting Chair, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Cheryl Lentini, Stewart Summers NEW BUSINESS 2. 62 Hillview Avenue - Request for an Environmental and Design Review Permit to allow the construction of a 667 square-foot, upper-story and ground-floor addition to an existing 1,467 sq. ft., single-family residence; APN: 013-213-27; Single-Family Residential (R5) District; Lauren Ng and Daniel Kushner, owners/applicants; Bret Harte Neighborhood. Jeff Kent moved and Eric Spielman seconded to approve project with modifications as outlined by staff as follows: 1) Toning down the white color to more off-white color. 2) Returning IPEY down the side of the addition. The vote is as follows: AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Acting Chair, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman NOES: Serge Fedorov, Alternate ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Cheryl Lentini, Stewart Summers 3. 2014 DRB Annual Meeting Eric Spielman moved and Jeff Kent seconded to continue item to the next meeting.
