Jeff Kent moved and Bob Huntsberry seconded to Approve Motion to approve minutes with change to
Item #2 to state "Jeff Kent moved and Eric Spielman seconded to recommend approval of the project"...
The vote is as follows:
AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Serge Fedorov, Alternate
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Cheryl Lentini, Chair, Stewart Summers
ABSENT: None
NEW BUSINESS
2. 788 Lincoln Ave. (San Rafael Corporate Center Parking Structure) - Request for
Conceptual Design Review of a 54-foot-tall, six level parking structure required for the San
Rafael Corporate Center; APN: 013-021-50; Planned Development (PD1901) Zone: David
McAdams, Applicant; BioMarin, Owner: Downtown Activity Center neighborhood area.
The Board gave its comments and there was no motion as this was a Conceptual Review Item.
3. Design Review Board Annual Meeting 2014 (P14-002)
The Board discussed the item, no action was taken and the item is continued to next meeting.
