Jeff Kent moved and Bob Huntsberry seconded to approve minutes as presented. Board Members
Summers and Lentini abstained. The vote is as follows:
AYES: Bob Huntsberry, Eric Spielman, Jeff Kent, Serge Fedorov, Alternate
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Cheryl Lentini, Stewart Summers
ABSENT: None
NEW BUSINESS
2. 110 Loch Lomond Drive ("the Strand" at Loch Lomond Marina) Request(s) for review of:
a) final exterior lighting plan and "photometric" analysis (intensity of exterior
illumination); and b) final landscape plan for the residential portion of the development.
This review is required as a condition of project approval for this development: APN 016-
070-02, 03, 04, 05 & 06; Planned Development (PD-1860) District; Marina Village LLC,
owner/applicant: File No. ED15-032. Project Planner: Paul Jensen

summarized by staff and the Board. The vote is as follows:
