APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. April 8, 2014
Jeff Kent moved and Bob Huntsberry seconded to approve minutes as presented. The vote is as follows:

Alternate
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Stewart Summers
NEW BUSINESS
2. 1600 Mission Avenue (Marin Academy) - Request for Conceptual Design Review to allow
the construction of a new, 18,340 square foot, "Science and Innovation Center" building
and associated parking, circulation, drainage and landscaping improvements on the Marin
Academy campus. The new science building is proposed to be located north of Th atcher
Hall (current science building), south of the ?old' gymnasium, east of the athletic fields,
and west of Foster Hall (classrooms); APN: 011-161-13; Public/Quasi-Public (P/QP)
District; Ted Lieser for Equity Community Buildings, applicant; Mike Joyce for Marin
Academy, owner; File No.: CDR14-002. Project Planner: Steve Stafford CONTINUED
The Board made comments about the project. There was no motion as it was a Conceptual Review.
3. Design Review Board Annual Meeting 2014 (P14-002) (Continued From April 8, 2014)
Item is continued awaiting comments from the Board on the Design Review Board procedures. No
motion was necessary.
