Minutes, July 21, 2015 Jeff Kent moved and Cheryl Lentini seconded to approve Minutes as presented. The vote is as follows: AYES: Stewart Summers, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Cheryl Lentini NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Bob Huntsberry OLD BUSINESS 2. 110 LOCH LOMOND DRIVE ("The Village" and "The Strand" at Loch Lomond Marina) - Request for review of revised plans for: a) final exterior lighting plan and "photometric" analysis (intensity of exterior illumination); and b) final landscape plan for the residential portion of the development. These plans were reviewed by the Design Review Board on June 2, 2015, but continued for plan revisions; APN: 016-070-02, 03, 04, 05 & 06; Planned Development (PD-1860) District; Marina Village LLC, owner/applicant; File No(s). ED15- 032. Project Planner: Paul Jensen Jeff Kent moved and Eric Spielman seconded to approve project as presented. The vote is as follows: AYES: Stewart Summers, Jeff Kent, Eric Spielman, Cheryl Lentini NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Bob Huntsberry NEW BUSINESS 3. 1201 Fifth Avenue - Request for Conceptual Design Review of a 36-foot tall, 2-story, 24,112 square foot commercial office building at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and B Street. The proposed project also includes reconfiguring the existing parking lot and moving the Fifth Avenue driveway entrance 20' to the east. The project would require Design Review and Zoning Administrator approval. APN: 011-212-03; Fifth Mission Residential/Office (5MR/O) District; Monahan Parker, owner; Rick Strauss, applicant; File No(s).: CDR15- 002Project Planner: Sean Kennings No motion required, as this is a Conceptual Review item. 4. 101 McInnis Parkway (Embassy Suites - Verizon Antennas) - Request for Environmental and Design Review and Use Permit to allow 12 new panel antennas and the expansion of an already existing screen on top of the existing Embassy Suites Hotel; APN: 180-410-07; Planned Development (PD) District; Applicant: Jeff Lienert; File Nos: ED15-036; UP15-016.
