Jack Robertson moved and Charlie Pick seconded to approve Minutes as presented. The vote is as
follows:
AYES: Charlie Pick, Jack Robertson, Barrett Schaefer
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Larry Paul, Mark Lubamersky
ABSENT: Viktoriya Wise
NEW BUSINESS
2. 217 Mirada Ave - Request for a Use Permit to legalize an existing approximately 400 sq. ft.
detached second dwelling unit located within the 5-ft. required side setback behind the
existing single family residence; APN: 179-053-06; Single Family Residential District
(R7.5); Scott Bell, Applicant and Owner; Case Number: UP12-038. Project Planner: Sarjit
Dhaliwal
Charlie Pick moved and Barrett Schaefer seconded to adopt resolution approving project with a
modification to Condition #18 of the Conditions of Approval as follows:
"If required, please note on construction documents that fire sprinklers are required throughout the
building." The vote is as follows:
AYES: Larry Paul, Charlie Pick, Jack Robertson, Barrett Schaefer, Mark Lubamersky
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Viktoriya Wise
3. 2013 Annual Meeting and Election of Officers.
Mark Lubamersky moved and Charlie Pick seconded to elect Larry Paul as the new Chair and Jack
Robertson as the Vice-Chair. The vote is as follows:
AYES: Larry Paul, Charlie Pick, Jack Robertson, Barrett Schaefer, Mark Lubamersky
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Viktoriya Wise
