Gerald Belletto moved and Charlie Pick seconded to approve Minutes as presented. The vote is as
follows:

ABSTAIN: Viktoriya Wise, Mark Lubamersky
ABSENT: Larry Paul
PUBLIC HEARING
2. Housing Element Update 2015-2023 -- Introduction of Housing Element Update including:
a) review of scope and upcoming schedule for completion of the draft Housing Element;
and b) review of the Housing Needs Assessment. Per State law, an update of the City's
Housing Element, one of the required elements of the City's General Plan, is required
every five to eight years; this update will cover the planning period of 2015-2023; City of
San Rafael, project proponent; File No(s).: GPA14-001, P13-003
Barrett Schaefer moved and Viktoriya Wise seconded to accept report as presented. The vote is as
follows:
AYES: Charlie Pick, Jack Robertson, Barrett Schaefer, Gerald Belletto, Mark Lubamersky,
Viktoriya Wise
