2. Housing Element Update 2015-2023 -- Review of San Rafael General Plan 2020 Draft
Housing Element Update; City of San Rafael, project proponent; File No(s).: GPA14 -001,
P13-003; Paul Jensen, Raffi Boloyan, Project Planners.
Mark Lubamersky moved and Larry Paul seconded to recommend submittal of the 2015-2023 Draft
Housing Element Update and the Background Report to State Department of Housing and Community
Development (HCD) with changes as outlined by staff. The vote is as follows:
