1. Minutes September 27, 2016
Berenice Davidson moved and Jack Robertson seconded to approve Minutes as presented. The vote is
as follows:
AYES: Jack Robertson, Berenice Davidson, Mark Lubamersky
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Gerald Belletto
ABSENT: Larry Paul, Barrett Schaefer
PUBLIC HEARING
2. Presentation to the Planning Commission from Department of Public Works on status of
SMART, potential Relocation of the Downtown Transit Station, and traffic conditions in the
downtown area.

Staff gaves its presentation. There was no vote necessary for this item.
3. Planning Commission General Discussion on Land Use and Planning –Related Topics –
The Planning Commission will hold a general meeting to provide a forum for the
Commission to discuss carious land use and planning topics and regulations. Public
comments will be accepted as part of these discussions. Based on the extent of their
discussion and Commission consensus, the Commission may recommend to the City
Council topic areas that warrant additional study and presentation: APN: Citywide; File
No P16-010.
