Minutes April 24, 2018 Barrett Schaefer moved and Jeff Schoppert seconded to approve Minutes as presented. The vote is as follows: AYES: Jack Robertson, Barrett Schaefer, Berenice Davidson, Jeff Schoppert, Sarah Loughran NOES: None ABSTAIN: Aldo Mercado ABSENT: Mark Lubamersky PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 800 Mission Ave. (Formerly, 1203-1211 Lincoln Ave.) – Request for an Environmental and Design Review Permit and Use Permit to allow the construction of a four-story, 88-bed assisted living facility with understory garage parking and site improvements on a vacant 29,885 sq. ft. Downtown parcel; APNS: 011-184-08 & -09; Multifamily Residential – High Density (HR1) District; ML Seven Capital Partners, LLC, owner; Geoff Forner, applicant; File No(s).: ED17-090 and UP17-030.
