Members of the public may speak on agenda items.
An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on each
item.

to City Hall is available through Golden Gate Transit, Line 20 or 23. Para-transit is available by calling Whistlestop Wheels at
(415) 454-0964. To allow individuals with environmental illness or multiple chemical sensitivity to attend the meeting,
individuals are requested to refrain from wearing scented products.

2. 25 Edgewood Way – Environmental Design Review for a new retaining wall exceeding
four feet (4’) in height located in the required front yard setback: APN: 010-000-34;
Single Family Residential Zoning District Hillside Overlay (R20-H); Alex Witte,
Applicant; David Maher, Owner; Fairhills Neighborhood. Project Planner: Alan Montes
3. Vacant lots on Clayton (Tentative address 41 Clayton (Lot 59) and 33 Clayton (Lot 60)-
Conceptual Design Review for construction of two new single family homes on two
existing legal lots on Clayton Street and a new access roadway off Ross Street. Also
proposed is an adjustment to the parcel boundaries between Lots 59 and Lot 60. APNs:
012-141-59, 012-141-60; Single Family Residential (R7.5) Zoning District; Francisco
