REGULAR MEETING

Members of the public may speak on agenda items.
An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on each item.

at least 72 hours in advance. Copies of document are available in accessible formats upon request. Public transportation to City Hall is
available through Golden Gate Transit, Line 20 or 23. Para-transit is available by calling Whistlestop Wheels at (415) 454-0964. To
allow individuals with environmental illness or multiple chemical sensitivity to attend the meeting, individuals are requested to refrain
from wearing scented products.

Environmental and Design Review Permit to allow construction of a mechanical room building
addition on the south side of an existing multi-story telecommunications building; along with parking
lot, landscaping and fencing modifications and improvements; APN: 011-245-38; High Density
Residential (HR1) District; AT&T, owner/applicant. Downtown/West End environs. Project Planner:
