COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, 1400 FIFTH AVENUE SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA Members of the public may speak on agenda items. An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on each item. The project includes a request to allow a 7.5’ front yard setback reduction, where a minimum of 15’ is required.
