An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on each item. Design Review Board Rules of Order (P14-002) (continued from April 22, 2014) OLD BUSINESS 3. 815 B St. (formerly 809 B St./1212 & 1214 2nd St.) – Requests for Environmental and Design Review Permit, a Use Permit, Lot Line Adjustment and Variance to allow the construction of a new, 4-story, mixed-use apartment building proposing 41 upper-story rental units and 1,999 sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space, and 48 garage parking spaces, on 4 adjacent parcels. Project Planner (Caron Parker) 5. 788 Lincoln Avenue (San Rafael Corporate Center Phase II Parking Garage) – Request for Environmental and Design Review Permit for a 54-foot tall, six level parking structure proposed to provide required parking for Phase II of the San Rafael Corporate Center (SRCC) office complex development. The new garage site is located on a 2.4 acre parcel in downtown east of the existing SRCC complex. Final Design review of the parking garage is required pursuant to the SRCC master plan approvals granted in 1998.
