An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on
each item.

Northgate Mall Sign Program Amendment to allow two (2) 3’6” wall signs along the interior walls of the
Home Goods pad building, in addition to an existing permitted 4’ tall primary wall sign and a 3’6”

for a new three-story mixed-use development with 10 apartment units, 750 square feet of ground floor

4. 4. 1600 Mission Avenue (Marin Academy) – Environmental and Design Review Permit and Use
Permit Amendment to allow the construction of a new, 17,940 square foot, “Science and Innovation
Center” building and associated parking, circulation, drainage and landscaping modifications and to
allow an increase in maximum enrollment, from 400 to 450 students. The new science building is
proposed to be located north of Thatcher Hall (current science building), south of the ‘old’ gymnasium,
