REGULAR MEETING

Members of the public may speak on agenda items.
An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on
each item.
Sign language interpreters and assistive listening devices may be requested by calling (415) 485-3198 (TDD) or (415) 485-
3064 (voice) at least 72 hours in advance. Copies of document are available in accessible formats upon request. Public
transportation to City Hall is available through Golden Gate Transit, Line 20 or 23. Para-transit is available by calling
Whistlestop Wheels at (415) 454-0964. To allow individuals with environmental illness or multiple chemical sensitivity to
attend the meeting, individuals are requested to refrain from wearing scented products.

2. San Rafael Airport Recreational Facility Bridge Details (ED05-15 Condition 55 Compliance
Review) – Request for review of the final details of the San Rafael Airport Recreational Facility
project’s proposed off-site bridge replacement crossing Gallinas Creek, North Fork, pursuant to
ED05-15 Condition 55; APN: 155-121-22, 155-460-01, and 155-230-10 thru -16; P/OS-WO, R10-
W and PD 1909-WO Zone Districts; Bob Herbst, San Rafael Airport, Applicant; City of San Rafael
& Joe and Heidi Shekou, Owner; Smith Ranch Neighborhood Area. Project Planner: Kraig
Tambornini
NEW BUSINESS
3. 28 Summit Ave (Sprint at Marin Yacht Club) – Environmental and Design Review Permit ED14-
099 request for approval of a new (expanded) 6’6” by 12’9” by 7’10 tall penthouse antenna
enclosure on the roof of Marin Yacht Club to conceal antenna panels. The enclosure would
contain 6 panels and associated small remote radio units. No change to existing equipment
cabinet lease area inside the building is proposed; APN: 009-031-10; M-C Zone; Sprint, Applicant;
Marin Yacht Club, Owner. Project Planner: Kraig Tambornini
