SAN RAFAEL DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
REGULAR MEETING

Members of the public may speak on agenda items.
An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on
each item.
Sign language interpreters and assistive listening devices may be requested by calling (415) 485-3198 (TDD) or (415) 485-
3064 (voice) at least 72 hours in advance. Copies of document are available in accessible formats upon request. Public
transportation to City Hall is available through Golden Gate Transit, Line 20 or 23. Para-transit is available by calling
Whistlestop Wheels at (415) 454-0964. To allow individuals with environmental illness or multiple chemical sensitivity to
attend the meeting, individuals are requested to refrain from wearing scented products.

NEW BUSINESS
2. 524 Mission Avenue (San Rafael Carriage Houses) – Request amendment of an existing
Environmental and Design Review (ED06-024) Permit to allow miscellaneous modifications to the
approved site and building design for the redevelopment of a 26,400 sq. ft. multi-family residential
site. The project conditionally approved 15 townhomes with courtyard parking accessed from Irwin
St., which is proposed not to change.; APN: 014-013-05; Medium-Density Residential (MR2.5)
District Zone; Bob Wright of Wright Architecture Studio, Applicant; 524 Mission Street LLC, et al
and Thompson Family Trust, et al, Owners; Montecito Neighborhood. Project Planner: Steve
Stafford.
