An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on each item. Minutes, July 21, 2015 OLD BUSINESS 2. 110 LOCH LOMOND DRIVE (“The Village” and “The Strand” at Loch Lomond Marina) – Request for review of revised plans for: a) final exterior lighting plan and “photometric” analysis (intensity of exterior illumination); and b) final landscape plan for the residential portion of the development.
