REGULAR MEETING

An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on
each item.

2. 110 LOCH LOMOND DRIVE (“The Village” and “The Strand” at Loch Lomond Marina) – Request
for review of revised plans for: a) final exterior lighting plan and “photometric” analysis (intensity of
exterior illumination); and b) final landscape plan for the residential portion of the development. These
plans were reviewed by the Design Review Board on June 2, 2015, but continued for plan revisions;

NEW BUSINESS
3. 1201 Fifth Avenue – Request for Conceptual Design Review of a 36-foot tall, 2-story, 24,112 square
foot commercial office building at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and B Street. The proposed project
also includes reconfiguring the existing parking lot and moving the Fifth Avenue driveway entrance 20’
to the east. The project would require Design Review and Zoning Administrator approval. APN: 011-

4. 101 McInnis Parkway (Embassy Suites – Verizon Antennas) – Request for Environmental and
