SCOPE OF SERVICES AND ESTIMATED FEES BSK's experience has shown that the fastest way to get an large Construction Project jobsite into compliance is to review the contractor's Site -Specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP) prior to the start of work activities at the jobsite. The Site -Specific HASP is required to include: 1) Necessary Social Distancing Requirements; 2) Employee PPE Training and Records; 3) Wash Stations or Hand Sanitizers that are Effective Against COVID-19; 41 Daily Attendance and logs; 51 Required Signage, Cleaning and Sanitation Practices; 6) A Community -Spread Reduction Plan; and 7) Safety Compliance Officer Requirements. Once this initial HSAP review is completed, BSK recommends that we perform an Initial JSAS site visit during the first week of construction and, than every two weeks after to help the contractor make the necessary adjustments based on the jobsite compliance with the Order and the Site -Specific HASP. Should the contractor demonstrate compliance during the next couple of follow up site visits, then a reduced interval for follow up site visits may be acceptable.
