CALL TO ORDER
Chair Brinckerhoff called the meeting to order at 6:05 P.M.

MINUTES
1. Approve regular meeting minutes of March 3, 2020
The minutes of March 3, 2020 were approved as submitted.
Member Lee moved, and Member Kellogg seconded to approve the minutes of the
March 3, 2020 meeting.

3. Library’s COVID19 Response and Service Modifications – Mr. Bankhead
Henry Bankhead, Assistant Library and Recreation Director, presented the staff report.
Staff responded to questions from the Committee Members.

4. FY 2020/2021 Library Budget Update – Mr. Bankhead

5. Review of FY 2019/2020 4th Quarter Annual Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report –
Mr. Bankhead
