Members of the public may speak on agenda items.
An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on each
item.
Any records relating to an Agenda Item, received by a majority or more of the board or commission less than 72 hours before the meeting, shall
be available for inspection in the CDD Dept, at 1400 Fifth Ave, Third Floor, San Rafael, CA
